To expensive for the quality of rooms. $45 dollars a night. To much there's better one for the same price.

The owners here are really friendly and they care about you. The prices are reasonable, the rooms are spacious and the water is hot!

Just a simple room to crash for the night...and to meet a Mexican girlfriend????...premises are very clean and secure, can by refreshments at front desk, very secure off street parking, my room was very well made up I give housekeeping 5 stars...anything u need is within walking distance and it's only 2 blocks from the Clubs on Coahuilia St...im not complaining for $40. No AC but the weather is still pleasant in the middle of June here...if it's summertime already, nobody told Tj.

Front desk concierge was helpful and honest about the intermittent WiFi in the upper floors. Liked the closed off/gated parking area for the added vehicle security.
However, the accommodations were lacking and there was absolutely no hot water in either of the rooms we rented. We let the water run for a few hours and it was always room temperature. The water also went in and out(lost and gained water pressure) at random. Rooms felt/looked dirty and the linen was stained. Air conditioning unit was inoperative in the first room we tried but we were moved to another room where it was functioning at an increased price.

Can't open room windows in the summer it's awful and super hot. On the upside it's right in the middle of downtown. Close to shopping and great food. At night your car is locked up. I would stay here in winter not any other time of year.

Reception is horrible, unprofessional and rude. The girl attendant that works nights has no business working in hospitality she lacks everything that requires to work with the public no class no manners and above all no respect for the paying customer
