Run AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL! Do not leave a love one or yourself there. My niece is now DEAD only 23 years old. They asked us to come in to see her after not letting us in because of covid less then a hour later she is dead after we left! A beautiful young girl is gone leaving behind a 4 year old little girl. Please if you have a loved one there or thinking of going. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! TAKE YOUR LOVE OUT THAT'S WHAT WE SHOULD OF DONE MY NIECE WOULD BE ALIVE TODAY!....

My dad went to this hospital and they asked for a lot of medication and never have any medication to my father. Many people die for the Ignorance of these people in that hospital. Do not ever go to this hospital I repeat do not ever go to this hospital.

Horrible horrible horrible... I asked to use the bathroom... they responded by locking me into a chair, forcibly injecting three medications into me, and expressed indifference at my wetting my pants and the surrounding floor. Worse, they confiscated my passport and wallet... told me I had to wait until Monday (there days later) to retrieve it... forcing me to stay in Tijuana. Avoid at all costs. Totally inhumane.

I was in labor and delivery. This hospital is filthy. Unprofessional u0026 lazy staff. Unfortunately I have seen dog kennels with higher standards. The Dr. Who work there should be ashamed to call them selves professional. The hospital was buzy as is any intercity hospital. The staff was lounging around . There is know one organizing the so called "medical professionals " . I would fill more comfortable being taken care of by a CNA than a tijuana doctor. They had 20 people all standing around why trashed piled up on the Floor. The chief of staff was unable to manage the interns or unwilling. This was a case of bad management. The staff was unkind and callas with patients. The beds had know sheets. They came and said my blood type was positive. When I know from three previous births that my blood type is A negative.

Been here for 6 hrs. From Dr and Nueses and the rest of the hospital personal are the worst I ever talked to. The treatment to family member is horrible I can only imagine the treatment to the patients. The place is dirty ad they don’t have medicine nor equipment to treat any injury. Sadly but true. Worst hospital

I am american in February 2017 i had gone in to labor . With my placenta broke i had my baby delivered premature via c-session in a tijuana General hospital. The hospital was the same as any intercity hospital my baby spent 3 weeks in the nicU. He was well taken care of i only gave 4 stars because the hospital is poor basically needs funding but the staff was hood

I tried calling several times to locate a family member and after calling several times the phone was ringing and then all of a sudden the phone was bussy and then right after the phone was disconnected!! Jackassess! Plus the staff isn't friendly and the place is not very clean and you need to buy your own supplies and medicine. Avoid at all cost.
