Very accommodating, double bed reservations have separate rooms which is a plus. Bathroom looks very clean and toilet care of. Private parking and to service makes this stay comfortable.

Suites used to be a great place couple years ago. Last time I went, it was ok. Carpet was filthy, my shower didn't really work, water was cold and the service sucked. Bugs and bed bugs everywhere in between crevices of the mattresses..

This is a great place for several reasons- first no bed bugs- or roaches. I have stayed here maybe seven times and always different rooms. The staff is super helpful- extra towels and such is no problem anytime day or night. They will do your laundry and return it clean( I had spots on my shirt from a messy dinner and was amazed they were gone) and nicely folded for $5 for a huge load. I was reading some of the other reviews- I think they were comparing to Orange County standards. Take a chill pill people. If you want A SAFE comfortable pleasant experience in Tijuana this is the place. I stayed many places before I found this place and I will never go anywhere else.

The rooms are spacious, but VERY outdated. They give you a fan for your room because it's very stuffy in here. The carpet was discusting!!! I walked from the bed to the bathroom maybe 5 times and my feet were solid black! Yuck! They don't offer any more toilet paper or towels, even though we have been here for 3 days now. I would stay here again but maybe in a different room.

My mistake I did not read all these reviews before because it was a last minute decision. No hot water no enough parking for all rooms that means if you may have to park on street. Very bad quality on blankets and towels boulevard is very busy so it is noise all night and room 205 next to stairs so very unhappy. about manager never present on property to solve any problem.

My room smelled really nasty booked online and they sent a message saying they didnt have my double bed room. Looks really sketchy very cheap the blinds are old. The pillows had stains they dont change the bed sheets they have stains people are loud we could her the people next door showering. Sheets look old.
