10 minutes from the US border, ready to find very friendly services from the Bell/valet service, to the front desk. Clean room, hot water, running AC, comfortable bed, didn't expect too much so this is a nice experience. The room deco is a bit dated. The lobby is fairly well decorated and modern. The pool is not heated, be aware. On site breakfast seems to be at a decent price and have a nice assortment of selections including pasta.
The front desk staff did not all speak English, however, they were still very friendly and ready to help.

From the arrival this experience was not pleasant. They provided bad customer service u0026 hospitality. I was told that my room was a king size when in reality it was a queen u0026 to make things worse I was locked out of the room. I ended up leaving u0026 staying at another hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel your better of spending a bit more u0026 get better service elsewhere.

Nice place, a more classic hotel with spacious room and even a bathtub. TV could use an upgrade as it was not smart, few outlets around the room, loved the linens and pillows. Airport shuttle is free.

Please do not stay here. This hotel claims to be a five star, but is more like a 2 star hotel. The hotel receptions is very rude. She threw the paper in my face, that I had to sign. I stayed August 4 and checked in at 8pm. The girl is very very rude. She called me a bad word in Spanish thinking I did not know Spanish. I wanted to bring my little brother to eat at the hotel and she Threatened me telling me if I did not write down his name on a piece of white paper, she would not let him into the hotel. Like I am a criminal. I will never stay here again. This hotel’s staff has really bad people. If your from the other side do not stay here!

Close to border, clean enough to have a comfortable night. The only problem is that they have connecting rooms and you can hear everything as if the door was open.

Great staff, I've been staying there for years I highly recommend their restaurant is good but Cady corner from the Oxxo is a restaurant open 24 hrs. I highly recommend

This is the place my family and I always return to! Valet and check-in always a smooth process. The breakfast and brunch always on point! Thank you Palacio Azteca team for helping me make wonderful memories with my family!
