At first it could be jarring to get medical services in Mexico; especially if you don’t speak Spanish. However after knowing where everything is located (parking, general services, pharmacy), it can be great experience. Honestly, I have yet to find a medical service that can compare to SIMNSA. I have been a member of Sharp, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield and PPO system. Made me realize that the US medical system is not only expensive, but it lack behind hospitality. What good does it do to have a fancy hospital and medical machines, if your insurance does not cover it or if the insurance puts blocks for everything. If SIMNSA continues in proving quality medical service, I intend to be a customer for life.

I feel comfortable, and happy to come visit the doctor because they're super professionals, and clear to talk. My family and I have medical insurance here and it is worth every dollar. Service is always good, the hospital itself is super cute, they're always making it look better! Even if you come to an emergency they take you in really fast. I love it, and I'll always recommend this one!

I called on Friday for some XRays price. I was told $23 and I show up on Sunday and they charge me $30. I explain that i was told a different amount on Friday. The lady told me that they change the price on Friday and that was the new price, that the person i spoke to gave me wrong information. That Simsa can increase their prices whenever they want without informing their patients.
Please be careful when to go to Simsa and pay out of pocket, they will charge you what they want.
I am a simsa policy holder , and now thinking of changing insurance.

I was hospitalized on 01/06/22, had surgery on 01/12/22 and released from care on 01/14/22. I was so scared to be hospitalized in Mexico, but let me tell you the level of professionalism displayed was overwhelming. They really took care of me. They must have the best customer service training because even their cleaning crew is so attentive. The rooms are big and super clean. The only thing I did not like was that while showering the hot water would come and go and there were times when it would burn me. But other than that.....THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!!!

Staff are great but some doctors are rude..they pay attention more to their cell phones then patient.. .. During my consultation the dr got his cell planning a trip to Europe and Mexico..my experience with them is horrible...no patient confidentiality..their quality care is terrible

Bicycle parking not designated but the parking guys will let you use the white railing near their post. Have been there twice for several appointments. Went to the dentist for severe pain before my first appointment, got a consult and antibiotics. I have been to 6 appointment in the last 2 weeks and have not waited move then 10-15 min. I regret waiting a year before using my insurance.

SIMNSA Is the best Medical Center in the region by far. Do not look anywhere else, it is 1 minute from the border, and the installations are second to none, it has a huge parking structure, "EasyPark" Great Dental Center as well.
