Positive: Great service. I walked from the border and the doorman immediately got me a water and paper towel without me asking for it. The room had a great view. Great location. And most of the staff was fluent in english.

One of the bartenders compromised my husbands credit card last night at their casino. They tried using it today. Thank god the fraud department declined every transaction, there was many attempted transactions over $600. So if you try giving your creditcard here and approve your bank to accept transactions….. think again. You’re better off paying cash because they will compromise your card.

Actually I visited the casino pueblo amigo. There were no problems there. The only thing I noticed that was obvious the people working on the floor stare ALOT. I saw the big built security guard sitting near the door staring at me. I lost 3 times and went to put $200 pesos on my card 3 times. That's only $10.00. The drink server was bigtime staring at me cause of that. I could understand if it was $100.00 each time but $10.00 is nothing! Maybe that's why they were staring. Almost made me feel paranoid!

Very clean and outside of the main streets of Tijuana and 10 minute walk to border very convenient if are visiting from America and if you are visiting and cautious about where to get a hotel in Tijuana I would definately suggest this hotel it is s little pricey but you also have Caliente Casino connected to the hotel and in the same plaza as restaurants and a supermarket very nice hotel and one of the cleanest

Nice hotel, people at front desk are very polite and friendly.
Restaurant is great and service is phenomenal. Plus if you bring your Tesla they have chargers for free!!

FINALLY! A BIG WIN TODAY. Nice casino near border crossing. Good parking with security for $1 dollar or $20 pesos.
