Attended us as a walk in at night. Only charged $15 extra for the emergency visit. Doctors were very nice. Our dog couldn't walk. They helped us wheel her back to our car and even get her in. We found out our dog was heavily under medicated for her weight. Very knowledgeable staff that was straightforward in a kind and polite way. Would definitely go back for the price and quality

I went there to get my dog put down ???? in total it was like 230$ because I choose to cremate my pup. Compared to what I was going to pay here in Cali, like 800$ ????u200d♀️????u200d♀️ I will definitely return for further dog appointments. And their service is wonderful. I'd highly recommend ????

My dog had a tragic death at night and I brought her here for cremation. The process was fast and easy and takes 3-4 days to receive urn. Very convenient, close to border and they close late night for emergencies. I will be coming back to bring my other dogs for check ups/vaccines.

i arrived with my pregnant chihuahua, she had pass her due date at neglected from another veterinarian in Riverside Ca. i Arrived to Tijuana at Dr.Zoo right away the doctor saw her and had emergency c-section on her saving her Life. thank you Jose Carlos Bribiesca for saving my Mona there are in good hands. in less than 2 hrs my Mona was recovering and heading back home were she is having a successful recovery going next week for her stitches remova. I recommend Dr Zoo not all the cases will have a great outcome but rest assured you will be dealing with professional personal no doubt they became my first selection from now.

You have to pay for “parking” even if you’re just dropping your dogs off. Not much but have your pesos ready. Took my 3 dogs to get groomed. I called before hand to make an appointment because they were due for their shots. The girl told me I didn’t need an appointment just to arrive early so the vet can do the shots and answer some questions I had. We got there at 12:20. Our appointment was at 1:00pm for the groomer. They asked me to wait so the vet would take my dogs. I waited one hour for them to tell me that the shots were done after the grooming (when the vet came out he told me). They were super busy so he dismissed me when I asked him a question regarding a bump on my dogs chest out in the open because he wasn’t going to see my dogs until after the grooming. I came back around 5 hrs later to get my dogs, get tags, and ask a couple questions about teeth cleaning, etc. They were groomed, with no shots, and I later found out my dog had an cornea rip from the grooming. So, no shots, bad grooming and a $250 dollar vet bill in San Diego to spare (for pain medication, a cone, and antibiotics). It was not organized what so ever. I like to give benefit of the doubt but not at my pet’s expense. Took my services elsewhere.

I never thought I would leave a review like this. I'm speechless by their gaslighting and avoidance of the problem they caused my friend's pet recently. We've been long time clients and just recently there was surgery negligence on their part which caused her dog's simple procedure to be almost life threatening. I'm saddened and disappointed by their responses; from the time we dropped him off for surgery and after. Even after showing them medical records as evidence from the ER where they had to treat her dog after leaving this clinic, they wouldn't offer her a refund or something for her having to pay thousands to save her dog for a problem they caused. Their hospital may have upgraded but the staff have downgraded. As of now I feel very disappointed in them and feel like there's no more trustworthy veterinarians.
