Excellent experience! Karla was absolutely amazing, I don’t know how she does it all! I had the sleeve surgery 2 days ago and feel absolutely amazing. The care was better than what I’ve received in the US, from the coordinators, drivers, nurses, and of course Dr. Valenzuela! I would recommend MBC to anyone.

What can I say,,, MBC has changed my life!! You won’t find better care and service anywhere in the states. ???? I won’t use any other hospital for bariatric procedures again. This place is top notch clean with round the clock service catering to your every need. My surgery went smoothly and I had SILS surgery and I have no scarring. Never ever at any time did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. These people really are the kindest and the absolute best at what they do!!!!!

Traveling wasn't bad on the way there and going alone was great, no issues. They were super communicative and it was easy to find my driver and get to Tijuana. Karla was great! I think my only complaint is that there are NO drinks besides snowcone cup cups to drink from the water jug and our preop is REALLY REALLY LONG if you have a large group like I did. The staff was great from preop to post op, the first guy I had post op wasn't nearly as attentive as the following two, they were fantastic. (Make sure to tip them!) The ride to San Diego was brutal after surgery, make sure to take pain meds for the ride. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend!!! I'm so glad I went to MBC!

What a amazing experience! Duodenal switch done 3/14/2022 no issues at all and weight loss is amazing! The doctors and nurses there were wonderful! Sw 333 cw 210 and 20 weeks post op!! This is just the beginning if your on the fence jump In you won't regret it!

Loved the service I received. I was 232 lbs on August 16, 2020 Surgery date was 12/8/21 on August 18, 2022 I was 135 lbs. My healing process was excellent I had no complications. The people were friendly and if I have questions I still reach out and get the support I need. The only regret is not doing this sooner.

Decision of my life Dr. Rodriguez Lopez is absolutely the best! Also love Karla and all the nurse they where there 24/7 and when I called in less then a minute they would be there to help with whatever!! Now I’m gonna be honest the office part sucks no one likes to answer and y’all dr and Mexico part I give them 1000000 they where amazing!!!

Good experience got there early so I was able to go on the tour and explore. It was a friendly and professional atmosphere. The drivers are the nicest people so helpful and kind. I didn’t have a wall plug in and they brought one back for me. The. Hotel has the most amazing food for your companions and you get to have popsicles, jello and broth. My surgeon was Cabrera he was nice and as of right now I have no complaints other then my surgery time was changed a few times and that was pretty annoying.
