I planned a beer tour for my dad’s birthday and Norte is one of his favorites. He was really excited about coming here again. Unexpectedly, since it was my first visit, it is located within a parking structure but don’t be fooled it has an amazing view! We didn’t get to score seats immediately in front of the view itself but because that side is lined with windows, you can enjoy it from any seat.

We ordered quite a few beers here and 4PLAY - Session IPA takes the win.

Not a complaint but it was a little loud because it’s quite small so conversations between parties seemed to be competing to hear each other but overall it’s still an enjoyable experience. Also contributed to this was the loud music playing from one large speaker, like the ones you would have for an outdoor event.

This is the most hidden away gem you could possibly find. It's on the 5th floor of a random parking garage, and has a fantastic view and beer selection, and some tasty food to boot! Follow the Google Maps instructions which should lead you to a parking garage. Walk in to the garage, and proceed left until you see signs indicating elevators. Take the elevators to the 5th floor. They are slow, stairs may be faster. Enter the bar at the elevator exits on the 5th. It's so hidden away it's basically a speakeasy, but it's amazing and you will not regret it!

Beer is really good, and the view unsurpassed. But it's really hard to find. There's a sign on the street by a parking garage, and somewhere in the back up some ramps an elevator can be found to take you to the unmarked 5th floor.

This brewery in Tijuana is amazing. Its a little hard to find but if you can find paseo Rodriguez, walk past look for the parking garage elevator and go up.

Great place, views and beer. Just like everyone says the service is not great. When we got there the bartender seemed super annoyed that we were even there. We ordered food and was annoyed, he came around to pick up glasses and seemed annoyed. Other than that, the beer is so good. I had the stout and the lager. I ordered the wings and they were ok, my friend had the fries and those seemed better than the wings. I’ll be going back to try more beers, regardless if the bartender is annoyed.

Pretty amazing view of tj. great beer. some locals told me about this place, so I went. I'm glad. I will be back again. TJ is so much fun discovering spots like this. provecho!
