I stayed here 5 nights. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were designed pretty modern, and the location is very close to great street food and restaurants. You'd think the loud music outside would be an issue, but the walls are very think. I slept great here every night. Wifi was good too. I like the lighting design in the rooms and the tile floors. Bathroom and shower layout is modern too.

Great hotel for the location however every time I stay it seems they’re always under construction because I’m awoken every time by the sounds of hammering or drilling on the wall as early as 7AM. Hotel fails to mention about the construction taking place on their booking sites. Front desk lacks attention to room type details and were too lazy to verify their third party booking reservations. I had pre-booked a double 2 queen room and when checking in they were quick to tell me I’m wrong and insisted I buy another room with an additional bed instead of verifying on their system.They then tried to upsell me the double room that I had already paid for via third party. Charged me an additional fee for having my third preregistered guest which is not a problem. I make it to the room finally, then the same front desk agent I talked to earlier calls me on the phone because they forgot to charge me for additional nights for the “extra person”. On the other note the room was very clean, just keep in mind walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors on all sides especially if they’re talking. Room wise everything was clean. Towels were replenished, and our trash was emptied out daily. I can’t really complain about housekeeping because they’ve always done a good job the times I was here. If your looking for a quiet hotel and your a light sleeper I’d highly advise you to book else where. Not the worst place to stay at but customer service at the front desk could be better. I’m going to think once or twice about staying here again.

I will be staying this weekend again. But just to let you know we have stay there since before this change, and let me tell you change was phenomenal. I love the rooms are so comfortable , service is the best, close to everything. Only thing i can say you might want to change is that you can not have visitors that is the only thing i don't like since we go to see our kids and grandkids.

A very nice hotel in plain sight but the treatment of the employees is bad and discriminatory if you are someone with a dark complexion or with Mexican features.
Upon entering the receptionist makes faces in bad taste to see that you are a guest with a non-white appearance.
They do not accept dollars or pesos in cash, you must carry a credit or debit card to be able to enter which is not mentioned anywhere when entering, neither in advertising or etc. I only had my vacation credit card which could no longer be used because it was at the spending limit but I had the cash in both dollars and pesos but they refused to receive the money and provide the service in a very grotesque way. The place might look nice but it's not worth a bad deal anywhere.

Wonderful stay at the RIO RITA for 3 nights. It is directly located around the bars downtown. Rooms were clean and nice. The sound from other rooms is heard quite well.

Very comfortable hotel.
Good level of security.
Everything was clean.
Little minus - Thin walls and you could hear everything that happened in another room.

Great Hotel u0026 Location. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Cute u0026 trendy spot. Lots of art and selfie spots throughout. Beds were comfortable and the AC was great!
