After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical in staying here. However even though I arrived early I was still able to check into the room without any problems. The staff was incredibly friendly. I asked if they had a room with a view, at the time they did not however they said that the next day they might and would move me. The next day they followed through with what they said and I got moved, they even assisted with my luggage. The room had a view (as promised) but felt smaller.
The only problems I had was no elevator or room service. Everything else was amazing.

One of the cleanest boutique hotel in Tijuana. I enjoyed my stay here. Very close to live music and good restaurants. Front desk and reception are helpful and courteous to out of town visitors.

Location: is great BUT they don't mention that the street is gonna be closed before 7:00 p.m. is a nightmare to check in and park. ( eventhough they have parking ).
Room was nice and clean BUT the bathroom smell ( shower drain or toilet was unpleasant ).
No elevator
Night shift from desk needs a customer service training. ( the young girl was really nice )
Valet parking in the morning was great.

Traditional hotel well located on Avenida Revolución. To get to the rooms one must take the stairs, three levels including the lobby. The rooms have good AC and a safety box. If you're staying more than one night, you must request room service, otherwise it won't happen. The staff is polyglot and very friendly.

Positive: Good location,efficent staff, nice t.v. selections in both english and spanish, in room safe plenty of hot water good price value sunday to thursday , Friday and saterday average price.comfortable bed . good wifi. Negative: Rooms are very small about 10 x 10 a little bit noisy

Positive: good location clean rooms nice staff very good restaurant in room safes ,very important in Tijuana for passports etc. plenty of hot water good T.V. selections in english and spanish.comfortable bed. Negative: T.V. is internet based and goes in and out a little noisy,over all not too bad.Rooms priced well Sunday through Thursday.Over priced on Friday and Saterdays.

The wait was longer than expected and the food was good, though I feel it was a tad speedy for what you get. It doesn’t feel like a fine dining experience, but they certainly act like it is.
