Absolutely love this place. They have the BEST cafe de olla!! The menu is fabulous, not a bad thing on the menu and a beautiful assortment of pastry. We eat here every time we are in Tijuana, mainly because I LOVE the coffee. The staff here is wonderful. They are located on the middle of Revolution and across from Ceasars Hotel.

Have been here several times. Great food, awesome desserts, and nice staff!

Some nights they have live music, some of the bands will attract a large crowd. Nice selection of bottled bears and wine.

The best green tea, natural leaf.
Just tried the latte caffee and I was surprised of the aroma taste of their coffees,it tastes like you are drinking solid drink made by nature not combineded. One of the best lattes as well, who is making the lattes her names LEEZ.

I always come back to this bistro. Always leave feeling happy with there service and food. Just look for El Cesar's hotel and Bistro isn right across the street from the hotel and the Cesar's restaurant.
I orders their ham ciabata breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino. No matter what I/we order, we leave with a happy face and a full stomach. I Totally recommend this place.

During my time in Tijuana I was able to experience an abundance of amazing cuisine, however this cafe is not a part of that group. The drinks we ordered took forever and the waitress messed up our order. The coffee tasted very watered down and didn’t have any flavor to it. The mezcal’s had too much salt in them and tasted like chlorine. The only reason I even gave it a star was because the dessert was alright. All in all the prices were ok however i assure you, you will never want to come back here after you’re first experience.

Place says they open at 8am. Thats a big lie. They are all having breakfast while customers are outside waiting for them to open. Hope the owner knows whats going on. Coffee was mediocre and food was not good at all. Hope the owners get some good employees because the place is actually nice. Never coming here for breakfast again.

Nice place for sitting and relaxing but prices too elevated; was charged 70 pesos for a simple cup of tea; more expensive than Starbucks…! they basically want to charge San Diego prices being close to border but I’m sure they don’t pay their employees San Diego wages…
