The room was dirty!! And most of the time I didn't have hot ???? water. And they don't enough tell you where the restaurant is that's gives you free breakfast!! Instead they have someone knocking on people's door asking if you want breakfast plus then they charge you for it when it's supposed to be a free breakfast. Plus by the time you get it it's cold they don't bring you spoons or bread or tortillas to eat it. I think most of the workers just take advantage of the people that's stay there. And try to make a dollar and one way or another.. I really do think that the owners do need to know about it because there's a lot more workers that do sneaky stuff in that motel. Just saying they need to improving a lot of stuff!! Yeah the price is decent but that isn't all of it!!

Came here to sleep only for 7 hours since I was only there the night life in downtown. Decent for the price. I don’t recommend to sleep days here just maybe one day or pretty much a place just to have your things in while you go out and explore. The staff is nice and will return your deposit back. The suites here are actually nice but they get booked fast !

The staff is friendly and the accommodations are nice with affordable rooms. The location is secure if you have a car a expensive property.the cleaning staff is always available to clean your room and they offer for breakfast. Only down side is the maintenance of toilets showers ect. They work but if something goes wrong it takes a while for them to fix it but they will switch you room if there is one available. overall a good motel and I recommend it to anyone.

This is a decent hotel especially for the area it's in I love it cause they usually don't even ask for ID most of the time and the staff usually mind there own business and leave you alone it's great.....

Nice staff and clean. Expedia and Hotels.com reservations not honored. Will have to pay again at check-in then have to fight with Expedia and Hotels .com to ask for a refund. Best to call for reservations.

For my first time visiting Tijuana this was an excellent stay not at all what I expected it was very clean very affordable the staff was very friendly and it was right smack in the middle of downtown where everything was all the action is thanks again motel Diaz I'll come visit you guys again soon

This hotel is not that bad for the price. The rooms are clean enough and the staff are friendly and are quick to assist if you need anything. Overall if you are just looking for somewhere to party and play it's perfect.
