This is not a high-end spa hotel; it is a budget hotel. That said, it was one of the best stays I have ever had. Arturo at the front desk was amazing! I was an absolute mess, beginning a divorce and was embarrassingly emotional several times throughout my stay. He was so kind and comforting. He set me up with a local taxi driver who became my personal chauffeur for the rest of my trip. It felt like total VIP treatment. Both Alvaro and cleaning staff Monica went above and beyond when it came to helping me with directions, local culture and shopping.

Although this was one of the darkest moments in my personal life, I felt safe and comfortable thanks to the caring staff.

The halls and rooms all have beautiful tile. It made for some fun clacking sounds rolling my luggage, but it wasn't loud or to echoey. Although the rooms are modestly furnished, they provide everything necessary.

I would absolutely stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Tijuana.

I was n this hotel for 20 mins the maintenance man wouldn't fix the toilet nd shower my ex nd i got nto it so didnt wante to be there i wanted to leave they keep tryna force me to stay and wouldn't give my money back, and said its Christmas please give my money back and the owner just laughed at me go to another hotel diaz instead this hotel doesn't respect American people money at all

My son's died at this hotel he had his car stolen and his wallet with all his credit cards that they beat him for his pin numbers and the doors dont lock in the hotel rooms don't let you're self or you're children stay there bad crime area.

Place was much more decent than I expected. WiFi was troublefree. Good price ($36 for 2 people) I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here a few times the last time was a couple years back and it was ok then but it's much better now.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel .It was decent ,cheap and close to el centro .Will come again soon ,love Tijuana ????
