PLEASE NOTE I AM TALKING ABOUT THE HOTEL CAESAR'S ON REVOLUTION STREET !!!!! NOT THE 'OTHER' CAESAR'S ON CAHUILLA STREET....SOME OF THESE REVIEWS ARE MIXED IN THIS SECTION BY ERROR. This is the most relaxing beautiful clean and great location hotel in CENTRAL Tijuana. It is set in the middle of everything, the best shops, artisans, music and dance clubs, truly great Mariachis and live bands at certain clubs....and that is why I like it ....you can take a short taxi ride or a boulevard stroll after great food at the Caesar's Restaurant. Prices start from 50.00 dollars and up..
A real bargain at a very beautifully run hotel.

Cozy, clean. Very good for Tijuana. But it is a bit noisy at night because there are many nightclubs nearby.

This place is a hole in the wall literally. Rooms have no windows and it has a prision like atmosphere
