They didn't respect the price they offered me through the Booking app, I ended up paying $10 dollars more. The carpet in the room is filthy, you can tell they never clean or vacuum it. The good thing is that the bedding was clean, but the mattress was very dirty. They should use a mattress cover. On the other hand the location of the hotel is good, it is close to Brasil street where there are many cafes, but there are no good places to eat or have breakfast. Another positive aspect is that it looks like a safe place, but I don't think I will stay here again.

Lady at the reception desk had of an attitude because I told her you didn't give me the correct change amount in dollars. Worst part off all the smoke detector went off at midnight several times. I called the front desk no answer. The second time within 10 minutes contacted the main number listed with my cell phone. Guy say's call me back if it sounds again hung up on me before I could say something ..really. Right after I hung up within minutes smoke detector goes off again making loud screeching sound. I contact the front desk he comes over removes the smoke detector. Staying on the 1st floor my parents are seniors no one should have to be woken up by a smoke detector due to the battery running low on the detector. Shame on staff and management allowing this to occur. There are plenty of other places to stay that you'll be treated with Respect and no smoke alarm going off at midnight.

I planned on staying there several nights, on the second night I arrived when I turned on the light I found about 10 small cockroaches in the bed. I tried talking to the front desk and they said they weren't authorized to help me with anything. I left and stayed somewhere else went back to talk to management the next day. Management said that it was my fault because I probably left food in the room. I never ate in the room. They refused to give me a refund or apologize and just blamed me for the incident.

I’ve been staying in this hotel a few times before, but this last time it was very disappointing….good location good price but there was bedbugs this time, I really loved this place I don’t know if I’d book a room here again

Very nice place to stay. We stay here every time we come to Tijuana. Very close to the clubs and restaurants.

Pros and cons.
Pros- Room was clean
Tv is good
Water pressure well
No bugs
Quiet on the third floor
Air-conditioning works
No smoking

CONS-
No handicapped available lower rooms
Staff is unfriendly and didn't care to understand we had a disabled person.
Double beds are only on the third floor
NO ELEVATORS
Linens were dirty and stained
The ice machine is in the reception area so we had to go up to the third floor come down and hand them the bucket. Staff will not lift a finger to help or accommodate the guest. They treat you like they are doing You a favor for letting you stay here. I will definitely not come back here again.

It was a nice stay for the price, they just need to be on top of the T.V. working and doing a better job in making the rooms look as good as the outside of the place.... but other than that it was good and i will be staying here again next time i visit mexico. ????????
