I had paid for 6 days/nights ahead but my visa trip to mexico got cancelled due to visa issues . I requested not to charge me and I even agreed to pay 1 night penalty fee. They initially said that they will return the remaining 5 days fees and their account section is on the case and kept me waiting for 2 months . Upon repeated emails , they finally told me that will not return ANY money . I feel robbed . Very unprofessional .

False advertising,stated that it has a tub and when you get there it's only a shower,lady in receptionist is rude

Prices were almost 100 more then what was stated on Thier website..both our rooms were infected with bedbugs..Thier only solution was giving us different rooms the following day but we were only stay that one night. Very noisey with a truck stop in the back and people partying all night in the hallways

Room are big. The air conditioner in room slow. Had to change rooms. Need a store.like half mile away. Oxxo. The mariscos next door not bad .front desk .not friendly. If u want fresh
Towels .like fort knox. morning breakfast.just get the coffee.

This 3 star hotel is comfortable u0026 clean. I stayed with my family one night and our experience was pleacent. Do not get fool by the exterior of the building. The interior is descent for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is a complete breakfast not just continental and it is good quality. Giving 5 stars due to this hotel met my expectations for a 3 star hotel. PS. They have security to watch your vehicle.
