I expected more cleanness only I saw a little stain on the sheet which is acceptable.
It has community gated parking ,safe and security camera and then elevator works perfectly, the hotel is peaceful and quiet.
The breakfast also was included which is great to start a day and the quality of breakfast was awesome. I enjoyed a lot.

I had a guest and she was welcome on the lobby. She was accepted by the reception and welcomed without asking any ID card or etc, Which is awesome. They made an environment for us like a home.

Also some Taxi's outside the entrance door were available to pick up.

The only issue was Wifi which is disconnected every 15-20 minutes.
I couldn't have video call continuously.
Internet speed was good, no buffering.

And then the other issue for English speaker like me was the reception can't talk English on my check in and check out time, I used Google translate to communicate. But she was nice and respectful, and she helped me to change the remote for TV with smile.
I'll be back there in the future.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Do not come here ! The toilet was broken. They left the dirty cleaning cloth in the room. u0026 The “manager” is rude u0026 unprofessional. I dropped a bit of hot sauce on the sheets and they wanted to charge me $180 when the room was way less than that u0026 they kept my deposit. What’s the cleaning fee for then?

Great breakfast and good costumer service by the male staff, tv only have around 5 channels available but that’s not a problem. Wifi works great along with the AC and the bed was just amazingly comfortable!!!

No Internet, they won't help you at all. They gave the room furthest from the internet router which meant that I didn't have internet. I asked them to switch rooms. They just said no. Half of room in my floor was empty, I could see through their windows but this hotel staff does not know the meaning of hospitality at all. 3 days on a business trip with no internet. Worse experience of my stays in Tijuana and I am here every other week on business.

I stayed there cause it was close to the border they require a deposit just like the crooks they are they make up lies to not give you the deposit back I even had front desk personel go smell my room and they said it didn't smell like smoke Americans please don't stay here the rooms are 75 usd on the weekend plus a 20 dollar deposit which the housekeeping ladies make up lies so that you don't get it back they don't even have a fridge in the room lack ok hotwater and the front desk worker asks for a tip if you bring someone over an if you don't they will tell you sorry my friend no visitors after 10 pm what hoyet tells it's guest that Hotel Americas. BEWARE DON'T STAY HERE IT BETTER OPTIONS

The place was good if you consider that it's not a 5 star hotel. Everything is close to it. The reception was kind and friendly. I will stay here for my next trip.

The room was exactly what I wanted, and the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. They had English speakers and we're knowledgeable about the area so I could get everything done I need while I was in Tijuana. Don't go out after dark and don't take two rights coming out of the hotel on foot. It is nearby a very dangerous area, but you knew that if you are in Tijuana.
