Clean rooms, not enough furniture though, really uncomfortable pillows, locaction is really close to a bad area of Tijuana. Front desk and security people are very nice and professional. Very good free breakfast and the people who served the food are very nice too. I wouldn't stay again due the bad location.

All in all a very nice spot. Friendly staff, clean functional rooms, great water pressure in the shower, tasty breakfast, and comfy beds. The only areas for improvement would be they only put two pillows on the queen beds, I would appreciate a few more, and the windows have a safety device that keeps them from opening more than a few inches, which is sad for someone who may like to have an immersive looking out the window experience.

Nice, decent and cheap hotel close to Centro. I booked a bit last minute just 1 week or so before travel, and my double room was $94 all in.

My room was spacious and came with most things you need for a typical hotel room. Configuration was a bit odd, because the luggage bench and large standing mirror were on opposite side of the room away from the clothes hanging area which also has a space to put luggage. Room was spacious and comfortable for a night's stay.

Breakfast is included and served 7-10am. Friendly staff. Close to Ave Revolucion (just 4 blocks away) and other areas like Zona Rio. We weren't sure if it's safe to walk to the club's at night so we ordered DiDi but walked back. Walking back was fine, pretty well lit. There were food stalls and people around.

Good place to stay for tourists. There was a queen sized bed with breakfast provided. There's also a TV provided and a restroom. The beds are a bit stiff but comfortable enough.

Excellent service, employees are very kind and helpful, breakfast is decent I have stayed there several times, and plan to stay there next time. It is only three minutes from the border....Costco is around seven and ten minutes walking distance, there's also an oxxo and a pharmacy close by that are open 24hrs.

This hotel needs new mattresses and pillows, they’re very uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets are very old and thin. Seems like they tried to “remodel” the place, but did an awful job at it. Shouldn’t be as pricy as it is. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.
