Family style. Basic u0026very clean they had no issues with our long term stay - and take note, we arent the easiest guests! ????The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and happy-- so don't be afraid to ask questions or voice what u need! They have cable with all the movie channels and you can change the language to/from English u0026 Spanish ????love it!

Very low budget. Has an unhygienic odor and swarms of flies in the lobby. It feels unhygienic and uncomfortable. If that's not bad enough, next door is an onion factory. The window has a direct view of workers processing onions with an overwhelming odor that permeate the entire hotel. 350 pesos is considered economical and a fair price but I think it is too much for this place. Oh yes, i forgot a few days later the affects of being eaten alive by bed bugs was revealed. I have never seen or endured such an infection. My entire body was red and bloody from the itching. It was the worst case of itch. Stay away from this place!

This motel has its “ups/downs”. In my opinion more “ups” then ”downs”. My boyfriend/baby’s dad got deported last year to Tijuana. Whenever I’d go visit him we’d stay at different cheap motels every time which was a hassle until we found hotel garzon. You can pay for a night, a week or a month, it’s great cause instead of paying daily we were able to start paying weekly which saved us money. You save the most money when you pay rent for the month. The main boss lady who runs the place is very nice and flexible when it comes to being a day late on rent. The rooms for the most part are clean, free cable and WiFi, available microwave in the courtyard. On the down side to hotel garzon is they only have hot water certain time of the day for only a few hours, sometimes the air outside smells like fish because it’s smack dab in the middle of two streets that only sell seafood and everyone that works there speaks Spanish only. Overall I like it here. My Bf has been staying there for about a year straight since being deported.

Excellent place to stay in downtown TJ. Affordable, close to the Revolution Blvd., and great people to fellowship with.
