Nice room very clean,if you have a leg problem this is not for you or someone with wheelchair, ( no elevator) the price Monday to Thursday really good but Friday to Sunday a little over priced

What a joke, booked through Expedia for 179$ price and the next day my reservation was cancelled supposedly saying that my payment method was declined when in reality they just wanted to charge more for the room. When I checked to rebook to update my payment method the room was now $400 a night. What a lie on the hotels part! Atleast say the truth as to why it was cancelled !

it is the last resource if you have to stay at TJ when not rooms available. No AC at all TV do not work and poor customer service

Don't stay in the first floor, the service staff are very noisy in the night.

Really bad experience, my room smelled like paint thinner to the point where It gave me a headache. Don't like to complain, but it got really bad. Was denied a different room and discount or refund. Spend your dollars elsewhere.

The place isn't in the most safe zone but come on, is Tijuana center, is part of the experience

First they don't let me sleep because attendant talking to his friends. Then I ask him a question and he tells me not to make noise. Then I return after not to long and they refuse to give back my deposit. If you stay second floor there is a step that feels like 2 extremely dangerous. If you complain when checking in about deposit they double it. How is that for polite.
