Well it’s for certain this place has definitely seen better days. As much as I love staying here there are newer and better places around the area for around the same price. I’ve asked about what I thought was a hot tub if it will be fixed soon the maintenance man had said that all they were waiting on was a replacement part for it. Due to the pipes and or System just being way too old. I asked the manager about it and he told me that it was a splash bath. Let me also add that the elevator is now working. Please fix the hot tub!!!! I’ve been here many times same story. Place is quiet. Sometimes you get rude employees. I guess it’s the vibe here. Make sure you order your food before you arrive they take forever!!! I waited 2 hours for food by the pool.

There is no A/C in the lobby, so the entire time you wait to check in, you are sweating from the heat. I asked for a specific type of room, they said yes sir, No Problem......when I got to my room, it wasn't what I requested, and they couldn't offer me a new room because they claimed to be full. Definitely wouldn't recommend..

TERRIBLE. The pictures posted on Google are deceiving. I arrived with high expectations but when I checked in everything went downhill. To begin with the elevators where out of order, the pool was dirty!!!
I wish I could say it ended there but no - the room had mold on the edges (making it hard to breath) the sink was clogged and the balcony view was not pleasant. I think management is lacking maintenance for this place. It could really be a hidden gem if they started fixing things around this place.
I ended up checking out within 30 mins and requested a refund!

Gamma Hotel smell like an Ash tray , hotel is dirty came here for a quince Quince but I would never come here again. As soon as I walked in my Asma quickly went up course of the cigarette smell. 4 hour drive and get there at 2:26 pm and would not let me check in until 3pm. People need mask but not for covid but for the strong cigarette smell. Outside was filthy.

Staff is friendly and very attentive.

NO service on Elevator. Pool closes too early.
NO mini fridge to maintain drinks cold.

TERRIBLE.

My room was never cleaned for my entire 7 day stay. The housekeeping staff only replaced the towels and toiletries. On the first day I noticed a dead bug on the table. I left it there to find if they would clean it. On my check out day, the bug remained on the table. I left a urine stain on the toilet seat that was never cleaned. There are posting everywhere stating their pride in keeping rooms disinfected on a daily basis. They are liars..
