I’ve been here to eat lunch twice already and the chipotle chicken enchiladas are SO good. The price I paid for a plate of enchiladas and a small agua fresca which was also very delicious was $10 USD. My friend can only eat chicken broth and it was $2 USD for a medium size bowl and she said it was very flavorful. I will definitely come back here every time I’m around this area. The place is clean and smells delicious

We ordered the chilaquiles tradicionales en salsa roja and the Waffles, and both dishes were delicious! Oh, and you have to order their coffee "de la olla" it is on of the best I've had. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

Super delicious enchiladas, excellent attention, special service, different kind of fruit salad, fruit juices and exquisite "cafe de olla" only at Fruteria La Unica !!!

Very expensive place. Might as well go eat in the states for that price. There was barely any beef in mine.
