Unfortunately we had booked a room prior to arrival. And it turned out that they never received a confirmation room approval an email from Expedia. So they had no rooms nor vacancies nor they helped us get situated.

The front desk worker act like he's a Lawyer filing papers for a court case. They take sooooooooo long while the security just stares you down making you feel uncomfortable. You can't even sit in their lounge room without feeling like your being stalked by the security guy. Even when we decided to leave, since they took to long just with 1 customer ahead of us the security guard even went outside to watch us leave. It just feels scary. It looks nice. I didnt even get to find out the prices.

We had a paid reservation. They still rented it again. Booking.com returned the money and we had to look for a hotel at midnight with two children. Booking and city express just blamed each other. Booking promised 25 dollars but didn't followed thru. The guy in the telephone said he was sorry...

Everything is good but need to improve the breakfast but the stay is fine no complaints about the room good service

Worst set of employees! Phone line was cut off, wifi didn't reach our room, and when we wanted to leave because they didn't have another room open for us and wanted a refund, they said okay and come back in 5 mins. I packed all our stuff and came back to the lobby where they figured out we paid cash and decided to "pocket" it. They said no manager was on site etc. I call B.S. 1 second they can do they refund the next no they can't. I left angry because I had to travel back to the USA without a goodnights sleep. Horrible place to be ! 0 stars if possible!

No room service, ice machine broke, uncomfortable rooms, not to mention very unfriendly staff! one good thing is the front desk girl are very nice!

Please google for once let me go negative on a review. I'm not sure where to start with this besides pass on this hotel chain for your own good! I came here for a two night stay after reading a few reviews I thought it'd be a ok place to stay and ah haha nope. Check in I was given the option to pay for both nights right away or wait until the next day to pay for night two. I agreed to pay for both nights at check in and was handed a key thinking I was all good. WRONG! First issue was the lack of any change in water temperament in the shower besides freezing. The nicely folded towel was perfect placed to hid all 4 rips in the back side of it, is it that hard to get a simple towel right. Well it gets worse, the room key stopped working not even halfway into night one which happened to be the only simple thing to fix here. Needless to say night two got worse yet. At 3 AM the staff knocks on the door because the receptionist from the first night totally disregarded what we agreed to and never charged the room so at the most ungodly hour I have to go down and straighten out the mess that THEY CAUSED! Who in their right minds waits until 3am to try to resolve an issue like that. If you value good sleep and a quality room pick the days inn or anywhere else in the area but please don't be a part of this unholy circus!
No estoy seguro de por dónde empezar con esto además de pasar esta cadena de hoteles por tu propio bien. Vine aquí para una estadía de dos noches después de leer algunas críticas, pensé que sería un buen lugar para quedarme y, jaja, no. Al registrarme, me dieron la opción de pagar las dos noches de inmediato o esperar hasta el día siguiente para pagar la segunda noche. Acepté pagar las dos noches en el momento del registro y me entregaron una llave pensando que estaba bien. ¡INCORRECTO! El primer problema fue la falta de cambios en el temperamento del agua en la ducha además de congelarse. La toalla bien doblada se colocó perfectamente para ocultar las 4 roturas en la parte posterior, ¿es tan difícil conseguir una simple toalla? Bueno, se pone peor, la llave de la habitación dejó de funcionar ni siquiera a la mitad de la noche, lo que resultó ser lo único simple de arreglar aquí. No hace falta decir que la noche dos empeoró aún más. A las 3 AM, el personal toca la puerta porque la recepcionista de la primera noche ignoró totalmente lo que acordamos y nunca cargó la habitación, así que a la hora más impía tengo que bajar y arreglar el desastre que CAUSARON. Quien en su sano juicio espera hasta las 3 de la mañana para tratar de resolver un problema como ese. Si valoras un buen descanso y una habitación de calidad, elige el Days Inn o cualquier otro lugar de la zona, ¡pero no seas parte de este circo impío!
