Very good alternative to Costco. Less people, similar products, good food. You can pay with the app by scanning your products and selecting a credit/debit card, so no lines to pay at the cashier.

Im always buying my house essentails here its a good place to buy if you dont wanna go all the way to costco. The only down side its that some times you would get a 30-45min line to get to the cashiers.

Very sloww service they got more atencion for minimum buyers i have this membership only to get to know the stores service i dont think will renovate.thay have one chashier making crouds inaceptables is a shame...

Great place. Just a little different than the ones in the US but still great products and prices. Food selection wasn't as big. Very impressed with how fast the checkout was.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK!!!! HASSLED FOR RETURN OF ITEMS WITH RECEIPT AND MEMBER CARD TO MATCH !!! HAVE TO RETURN AFTER THEY CHECK SECURITY FOOTAGE THEY SAID TO ME!!! AND REFUSED REFUND ON CLOTHES ITEM THATS UNOPENED AND STILL FACTORY SEALED!!
Bought some clothes and a bunk bed with stimulus check from taxes and when pants didnt fit right they seamed to be cut wrong and 2 tshirts also were wierd cut my son refused to wear and a pack of unopened boxer briefs were wrong sized and bunk bed seamed to be multiple boxes for 1 item but yet no one told me this as i check out or at door when they check items all cashier said is save receipt to return clothes if they dont fit. so i tried last night and im sorry i did! They were rude and asked a bunch of meaningless questions that didnt need to be asked and was rude because i didnt want to exchange sizes when i had already bought 2 sizes of each pants unsure of my daughter size and then they refused the boxers even though they are factory sealed! And the bunk bed i received the most hassle about and have to return today for security camera check by management they said. And it took over an hour to scan the pants and 2 tshirts and issue refund and i checked receipt because it seamed short and they were missing a pair of pants they took back then she said they had no scan code but they were the exact same as the other pair just 1 size smaller cashier scanned other pair 2 times for checkout but she never said i had to get another refund receipt for an item and then she prints a refund receipt real quick but no one showed up with a scan code, then my refund was originally missing 500 pesos and i counted 3 times and finally said hey this is wrong and cashier came out of counter aggressive and then grabbed cash and then she counted and all of a sudden another 500 pesos bill suddenly appeared and she was rude and said its correct all rude like im stupid for catching her sceem and that whole hour she kept wispering to other people who came up and even commented on how i was returning all these things and such i dont like being suspected of theft for shopping at a store especially the money i spent that day all 1200 USD in stimulus was spent at their store i only returned 5000 pesos worth of clothes and pants alone were over 450 so always check receipt and change here cause they have some shady workers at this store from this experience i probably wont shop their again for major things that might not be ok or fit or furniture items anymore

It's utterly inconsiderate of them to have such long lines for check out, specially when we are still on pandemic times. I could not even buy milk because the waiting time was just impossible.
