This is one of the bussiest Carl's Jr there is and that's why I only give them 3 stars. Service is slow, huge lines inside and in the drive thru... it can take 35 minutes to get to the order.

We waited for the order for about 15-20 minutes, and the order was brought to the next table in 5 minutes

I didn't like this hamburger it was really foggy it was like if somebody had left that order and they gave it to me I was really disappointed with their hamburgers today it was my favorite place to go eat

They run a very good operation when it comes to customer satisfaction they are good so far every single time I've been there everything has been good very good actually

Great service, clean environment as well as nice staff. The food was delicious and good quality for fast food standards.
Overall a very nice choice for the casual meal :)

Horrible behind the counter attitudes, burgers are sloppily thrown together and they need to clean that grill. Kind of tasty, just not as good as others, really need to train managers on down.
They need to ask if you want straws, bbq, double check if I have what I ordered, why do I always get up for these things, because they are no longer available, so offer them. I find myself grumbling with other customers about the same things, pathetic, because again, Carl's Jr. Is not being represented well here by these drones.
