The view on the square from the rooms is beautiful and the hotel is well located. The service is average, with only one guy at reception knowing what to do (I think Michael?). The others had us cancel our key cards everyday because they couldn't process the payments (which only required a signature but couldn't explain it to us). Breakfast is average but sufficient. The real minus is the dirtiness of the carpets in the rooms, after a few minutes barefoot you end up with black feet... Overall a pretty common budget hotel.

Fantastic location, free breakfast, restaurants and shops. The plaza outside is beautiful.
I highly recommend getting a room that faces the plaza de armas.

Great service and clean rooms. Breakfast service comes complementary for most packages. It is very complete and the treatment is always warm.

Very relaxing hotel/room come to Tampico with my family, prefect location and good internet with a tasty breakfast .

It is fine, good services, excellent location but the shower water is too hot or too cold, also the breakfast is cold.
