the hotel has very good location near to the town, Also have wonderful pool, however they need to improve bar service. and acomodation by the pool are according to the guest flow.

Nice swimming pool, pleasent lobby and personnel. Minus - no refrigerator in the room. Also AC when ON, some smell just on the beginning of AC running, like drain smell but after 10 minutes it went away. In general good place to stay.

This was my first time in Tampico and staying at this hotel. Very close to the airport and near some bars and restaurants.

Has a nice pool and outdoor areas to walk around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had good food for all the meals of the day and the staff was always very attentive.

I would definitely stay again if I ever return to this city and I would recommend it if you are ever there.

Hospitality was great. Arrived at 8pm with a truck and trailer they came out to show us where we could park. We proceeded to register and the lady had put us in a room with the window facing the truck and trailer. Told us security was there throughout the night. Went upstairs to our room it was very elegant with reasonable rates. Dinner was next downstairs and we were not disappointed. Great service and food.

Very old hotel in need of a major touch up. Very good location and friendly staff; they do what they can to keep up with the aging facilities, e.g. a/c was set to 16°C but the coolest it got in my room was 23°

Very nice place for a business trip, great food and renewed facilities. They are working hard to take the hotel to the next level. You can find anything you need around the hotel (except the sea, the need something like a beach club). And their prices are really low.
