Worse hotel service I have ever had, 30 minutes waiting time to check-in, other 20 minutes to check-out and was just to deliver the key (check out is at 12), there was only one person at the front desk and clearly an other one was needed. Restaurants does not have much variety. The only very good point is the pool, it is 2.7 meters deep so very good, but it was faraway from the rooms as it is on the Posada Tampico Hotel side (it shared).

Great hotel! Super clean. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Nice pool. Walking distance to excellent taco restaurants. Newly renovated rooms. Will stay again.

Amazing Hotel! My family and I stayed here for an entire week and honestly we had such an amazing time. Everyone in this hotel treated us like royalty, we really really loved it! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice bathrooms, big smart tv's, great customer service, amazing employees. This hotel will be my #1 place to stay from now on in Tampico/Madero.
My daughter loved staying at this hotel! It almost felt like HOME♥.
