This hotel has enough parking space and it covers the necessities for wheelchairs.

The rooms are extremely small, but ok to have a nice night of sleep and continue your trip, it could use some remodeling, specially the bathrooms.

I have to commend the restaurant, their Covid measures were excellent and their chilaquiles were pretty good despite the way they prepared them.

Good place for just sleeping. Rooms are small but the space is just enough. Rooms have AC and bathroom is a normal one too.

AC was not that great, air quality in the room was poor, towels and sheets were rough probably a few years old. Room didn't feel clean. Room door would have issues shutting. Only one elevator working and it was tiny

The service an breakfast are ok, but there's room for improvement (i.e. more confortable suites, better room service, better tv's adn programming)

Is the perfect hotel for businessmen or corporate workers who have yo visit Querétaro for work reasons. The service is excelent and the rooms too.

The location is a little hidden, the rooms are very compact and you can barely move in them, the employees very polite
