I stayed here for a month and I was on a business trip.
Rooms - I took a king suite which was so big with a kitchen, reception area, bedroom and washroom. They provide necessary items maintained the rooms well.
Nice staffs - They respond to your queries and address all your needs. They clean room everyday and refilled the stuffs .
Location - this is highly accessible since it is in the main road. Also it is close by to downtown and la comer.
Food - completely American cuisine and it was good
Overall - a nice place to stay at a decent price. This will be really helpful if you want to stay for a long.

Hotel was very nice and the room was very clean. Primary issues is that it is a good distance from the airport (approx 35 min). Also, at booking we were told that a shuttle was available to take you to the airport but what they didn’t tell us was that you have to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance, which forced me to get a cab.

The hotel is clean and efficient. The staff is also attentive and offers whatever we need. The location is convenient for visiting different places in the city. Perhaps, the menu for breakfast may be changed so that if I stay a couple of nights, I don't need to eat the same thing. Overall, it's one of the best options in Queretaro city.

My family and I enjoy our one night stay at this property. We had also reserved another room for a friend and her family who were vacationing with us. They also enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Thank you for your hospitality.

My only suggestion would be to have a lift on the decor at the lobby area. Given that it was the last week of November, we expected the lobby area to be more festive looking. Nonetheless, we all enjoyed our stay and would certainly be back if we ever visit the city again.

Staff is friendly, decoration is awesome, it looks like a new one. Breakfast is included and good. Parking lot is smaller than expected. Rooms are clean. Location is near from downtown. You can also use the pool.

The lovely room at Holiday inn Express exceeded our expectations! It was extremely clean and had a modern kitchenette.
The bed was extremely comfortable and pillows also being of high quality. The attentive staff was able to provide a couple forgotten toilettries which was very convenient. I understand airport service is provided as well, which I will book on a future stay to this very nice city.
