Great value for price.

Pluses:
Great location.
Amazing value for price.
Humungous room with all amenities.
Morning staff - helpful and smiling, willing to help.

Minuses:
The lady that checked us in, she seemed bored with her life and work:
- she could not provide us with simple advice: where could we have a local taco
- she "forgot" to give us the key
- she didn't mentioned where the room was, we had no idea where to go, and we needed to keep asking in order for her to explain us where the room was - again, maybe it was just her bad day.
in the end, after this experience we decided to rely more on uncle Google's help then hers

Really cute, Boutique type hotel. Near perfect location in Centro. Reasonable prices u0026 friendly staff. If you are even mildly adventuresome this is a perfect spot. If you want a Holiday Inn then this Is not for you. I would recommend the hotel to my family u0026 friends.

Staff was great, affordable place in the downtown of Queretaro, there are a lot of places near and rooms are big enough, it seems it was a big old house that was transformed to a hotel

Bad services, noisy, woman scream, dirty, they don't desinfected the room also does not pass the UV lamp, great location but there is a better choices around with the same cost. This is not a Hotel is more like a Motel.

Very attractive boutique hotel in the historic centre of Queretaro. The breakfast is included and is especially good, with hot and cold options. The rooms are tastefully decorated and there is a lovely interior patio. Staff are friendly and helpful. We did a tour (wine and cheese) and the price was good and our guide helpful. The only negatives: on this first night the toilet was blocked and staff tried to unblock it but we're unable to. The next day it was working fine. Also one of the pillows was dirty but all in all for the money that we paid it was a great deal.

I was considering to spend a few nights here but reception staff refused to show me available bedrooms allegedly because of... COVID-19. Surreal.
