The suites are amazing. The water pressure is something to be treasured. It’s location is ideal for visiting the best spots in the city. And it’s quite easy to get out to the manufacturing center even on busy days. While parking may seem tricky there are multiple options. Breakfast is light and delicious. Lastly the staff is simply fantastic, friendly and helpful. If you’re debating, stop, and stay at the El Serafin Hotel.

Good location and our master suit room was very spacious with four balcony windows. Secure front door with electrical card key. Feel safe even after sun down. Easy to access to most of sights and restaurants by foot. (We enjoyed very much the restaurant calls “Carola” next to this hotel) AC works great, wifi works fine, we wish have more pressure and better shower head. (Personally, if there’s small fridge and coffee maker would be super!) Clean and friendly staffs. We were very comfortable and enjoyed 3 nights.

The location was great for walking downtown, the old "casona" feel was totally worth it, the first half of the building seemed more like the pictures, the second half was not so much. Parking is not far away, where they have an agreement which each room gets 50 pesos, but do ask for this when booking as I had to show them the proof. Rooms where nicely sized, beds weren't so bad, the shower pressure was fantastic, our bathroom was tiny. the breakfast was very basic, and coffee was undrinkable. Overall, I'd say it was OK, but there are lots of options so shop around and see what fits with your needs more.

Very nice location and rooms, staff was pleasant and professional. The area felt very safe and family-friendly, even in the late hours of the night. The room are cleaned daily and the continental breakfast (juice, toast, jam, butter, assorted sliced fruit, coffee) is brought to your room, and there's free Wi-Fi in the room. I would definitely return to stay at this quaint hotel.

This is an excellent small hotel perfectly situated for discovering Queretaro. Comfortable bed and bedding, a super-clean bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, and breakfast served in your room. What makes this place special though is its gracious proprietress, Maria. She makes you feel like she is welcoming you into her home, one that she has created with an artistic eye for detail, charm, and beauty. Highly recommended!

The hotel is cozy, romantic and very clean.
A little space with a really nice ambient.

Perfect for couples or even for those traveling alone.

The people is super kind.
They don't have restaurant, but you are in the downtown so, you have plenty of places to eat or to have a drink.

They lend bycicles.

I really enjoyed my stay there.
