An amazing little family run hotel. Well located and very comfortable. There was always hot water and fresh towels. Very secure.The kitchen and dining area is well appointed and very clean.Would stay there again.

Positive: Very quiet and the staff was very friendly. Near walking distance of downtown. Restaurants and bakeries around. The neighborhood is safe to walk during the night.. Negative: Ceiling fan wasn't blowing enough wind... then we realized it was rotating in the wrong direction! Flipped a fan's switch that was not easy to locate, but it worked..

Positive: The owner is the main advantage of the place - a very good person, who helped me tremendously when I had unfortune to be robbed in Querétaro. The breakfast was good, and the place is very clean and well maintained.. Negative: Room was rather small and a bit noisy in the morning..

Positive: Excellent stay! The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind. I felt like I was their granddaughter!. Negative: Nothing.

Cosy and friendly hotel in the centre

Pretty much everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of advice and couldn’t have been nicer. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast is tasty. Value for money is excellent.

Amazing place to stay in downtown. Rooms are clean and recently refurbished. Pleasant family atmosphere.

A very quiet stay, excellent breakfast with bottomless coffee. Very friendly staff. Well worth the price of admission.
