Very cute rustic hotel in the historic center. Meticulous design and tranquil environment at a great price, great service, and walk to all the cafes and dining in the old plazas. Great place.

Went here on my birthday was a great spot not to crowed. Loved the breakfast and workers. They do allow dogs!!!! Make sure he or she is well behaved.

Very romantic atmosphere. Excellent service and concierge. They have great spa and massage options. Will return.

The hotel is well located in the city centre. Our room (1) was very clean and we had two beds, one with a firm mattress and the other with a soft one. There is a very nice taqueria near by called Santa Cecina which serves amazing food for about 20 pesos.

The breakfast was the only disappointing side of Moss. They had to double checked that we had breakfast included in our booking. Even after showing our reservation email, the manager ran off to reception to check whether indeed the breakfast was included. The breakfast itself was not a breakfast but rather a light coffee and tea snack which included one piece of toast per person, a plate of fruit and some granola. I asked for milk to have with coffee and granola but they refused... Annoyingly we had booked this hotel because it included breakfast. We wouldn’t have bothered if we had known.

Got an awesome couple massage. Very affordable and the architecture is magnificent.
