Good value and helpful staff has made our stay in this grand historic hotel a wonderful experience.

Located in the center of a UNESCO world heritage site, there is so many cultural activities and events to enjoy.

We had some minor issues with our room when we first arrived but the staff went out of their way to correct them.

I highly recommend staying here when visiting Querétaro.

Bed bugs!
We found bed bugs and they bite me, we tried to cancel our reservation and they refused to do so. The front desk people was actually nice but not useful at all to cancel. Of course they also refused to give us the money back.

Excellent hotel super well located in the town center. Huge room equipped with a coffee maker, cable TV, spacious shower, comfy bed……everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking not on premises but not far. Silent. Everything you could wish for.

Very centrally located hotel in a walking distance of all of the Queretaro center. It does not provide any services besides the clean rooms with nice beds. The junior suite #205 is superb – spacious, with windows giving a great view of the city and its crowd. The internet was intermittent. Their parking is at a garage nearby – you need to stop by the hotel, get a ticket from them, and then go around a block to the garage. The parking cost is MXN 120 for 24 hours.

Be nice to have a coffee maker, small refrigerator to keep cold drinks and a microwave oven

Amazing hotel room and location. Parking is via a voucher through a partner garage around the corner. Great value for the money.

Wish I could give it five stars. The hotel is extremely well located, nice, beautifly restored and with a friendly staff. My only negative (and it's a big one) was that the toilet had a leak and would fill up every 10 minutes. That wouldn't be so bad, but the room I stayed in (104) had erratic water pressure and when the toilet filled it sometimes shook the pipes very loudly. We couldn't sleep well the first night because of that and probably woke up 15 times. I reported it the next morning and was told they would have maintenance fix it. It was never fixed. The next night we just turned off the water valve to the toilet and didn't have the issue again. The erratic water pressure was also in the shower, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Other than that annoyance, I would consider staying there again.
