Best gnocchi I've ever had in my life. It was divine and I can't get it out of my head. Service was really good as well.

Go here if you have a chance, it's worth every pesos.

One of the best Italian Restaurants I have visited. Fresh hand made pasta, amazing flavors. Chef Alessandro is a super host super friendly makes you feel at home.
Pasta with mussels, shrimps, cherry tomato and rum is exquisite, a must. Carpaccio de res with arugula also a must. Brusquetta delicious too. For desert an almond chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was perfect.
Variety of italian wines, salads, salmon.
Live music which makes the atmosphere cozy.
Trattoria Italiana is a must if you visit San Cristobal de las casas.

Went on a Friday evening and had a good experience. Expected the restaurant to be packed and we're surprised there was only one other couple throughout the time we were there. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and throughout our meal we were taken care of so that all needs were met. Food was tasty, but was not better than what we could have fixed for ourselves at home. Wine was better than average, but the second serving was quite a bit less than our first. Definitely would go again and definitely would recommend ... Just not for a special occasion.

After reading all this good recommendations, I expected something better. We waited at least an hour for our food. I ordered some truffle pasta, which didn’t taste of truffle at all. At the end we waited again another hour for our bill, which the employees had somehow “lost”. All in all a bit disappointing… wine and location were nice tho.

Cute little Italian owned restaurant with a lot of charm and DELICIOUS cuisine. The owner came out and greeted us - excellent service. It’s a must when visiting San Cristobal ????

OUTSTANDING Restaurant!! Amazing food (limited menu to what they are making that day). GREAT service, GREAT wait staff, GREAT owner. I hifhly recommend this restaurant

The salad was very good but unfortunately the classic lasagna was not really classic. Not sure what cheese they used but it certainly wasnt ricotta. Also the pasta was overcooked to the point of being mush.
