I'm really not sure what all the hype is about personally! Yeah, it's a cute place, as in the decor and outside seating area but as for the food and prices - not so much. Ordered two of their breakfasts for $75 each (eggs, refried beans, plantain, bread and coffee) and they are small portions in my opinion, the bread was stale too. Was told to have milk in our coffees, it would cost another $5 pesos each but when it came to paying the bill, they'd added an extra $10 pesos each so we ended up paying $20 pesos to have a drop of milk in our coffees!!! We haven't returned but I can see why it would be a nice place to sit outside with a coffee and read a book etc

It was a really good breakfast, the team was really nice and the food was good (really good brownies as well)

We had a great breakfast! The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great with the music and the decoration. Highly recommend

One of the best places of San Cris, amazing coffee, amazing breads, and cheap menu of the day, only 85 pesos. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely superb, juices, foods, everything recommended here, but it is a Caffe, it is a Coffee stop, don’t expect a five star diner

Great place for a coffee on the terrace on a tranquil little square on the outskirts of San Cristobal. Coffee is great and they also have very tasty pastries and bread (to take home). It is very popular with foreign tourists - almost too popular.
