A little piece of tapatío food in San Cristobal de las Casas. Love the Carne asada en su jugo ???? and the guacamole with warn chicharrones and totopos. Not a fan of Jarritos (a cocktail with tequila and limes) but a lot of people whom had came visit liked them cause the fresh juices instead of the lime soda. Must try the pox cocktails, favorite: Chiapas Summer (pox, lemon, cucumber and a little bit of chili and salt). The pizza is good too, and pass the time proof challenge: you can eat it cold and still good. Try the hot dogs and the burguers, my favorite: the Xoloitcuintle (my norteño heart speaks).
