The staff was amazing we had no issues there really. The resort itself was pretty dated and worn. The pool it chipping off and not great. (Plus they shut that down pretty early) the drinks are very watered down. The food was OK but nothing special. Wasn't a bad place by no means but not ideal either.

BE AWARE!!! This is the works hotel ever. Please, please, please don't ever stay at this hotel. The food is horrible, the staffs are not the nicer. I came here with my family and wasn't able to work because the internet is only available in the common areas. There is not AC in the common areas. I was trying to work in the lobby but it was too nosey and hot. Kids were crying, laud music, etc. We found two cockroaches in the bathroom and a lizard. The bathroom sick was leaking. A complete mess :(. My daughter asked for a drink and the cup was dirty. I was eating a dessert and almost choke with a piece of plastic. My husband found two little rocks in his scramble eggs. and the list goes on and on. I booked my stay because it was cheaper than the other "all inclusive" hotels, but it is not worth it. you can go to a much nicer hotel and go and eat a really good food instead of paying $400 a night. First and last time that I stay at this hotel.

Got here went to the room and noticed no fridge, what hotel doesn't have a fridge in the rooms?!I have small kids that still drink lechita. Also the kids pool was very dirty in the afternoon the pump wasn't on and was filthy. I hope I can change my mind within the time of my stay.

We stayed with a group on tour and it was perfect. Manuel, one of the bellboys at the front, gave me a warm greeting every morning and helped me find coffee.He was so sweet it made my week!

3 stars for a great location and a clean resort. The food was horrible except for breakfast lunch and dinner was the same every day. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken every day. The drinks were ok depending on the bartender. They cater to the Mexican people and treat the Canadians like they don't exist for the most part. Be firm on what you want but don't expect much and you will do fine. The rooms were older but clean the water pressure was amazing. I would go back because of the location but that was really the only plus.

Location is great. The rooms are well kept, nothing fancy. The service is lacking here. The food is alright but there is so many amazing restaurants on the marine right off the resort to chose from.

It was an alright all inclusive. The rooms were clean and it was located in an amazing area which accessed the beach and marina. There was a lack of options in the buffet and the food was almost the same every lunch and dinner. The only meal of the day that was consistently good was breakfast. The cappuccino/coffee machine was often out of mix or broken so don't expect to have hot drinks often if it is down. If you speak Spanish you'll be helped before those who don't.
