Great place to look at the boats and have lunch. The shops are kind of expensive, but I imagine their rent is as well. I go out several times a week because a number of our clients live in the area and its unavoidable not to cross the boardwalk to get to them. Beautiful area though, reminds me of California before it was ruined.

It's a great walk, with shops and restaurants dotting the fronts. Thursday nights during the high seasons they have a farmers/ art market and they have everything. It's a nice place when you stay out by the marina
