The staff is great. The lobby was spotless and outside the entrance was always very clean or being taken care of. The security/ concierge were quick to learn our names and always took care of our needs. The pool area was great, nice views and a barbecue for anyone to use (first come first serve). Already planning to return next year.

You can't beat this beautiful complex. We had the condo with the largest patio. 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. Everything is within walking distance and if you'd rather ride, Uber was great for us and there is taxi service. Busses run by as well.
It is noisy but that's the fun of it. Hustle and bustle of the City.
Great restaurants nearby. A Gourmet food store on the block.
Beautiful pool on the roof and views!
The concierge and security staff were very efficient and nice.
Can keep going on and on about The Park. LOVED IT!!!!

The Park is a two year old building in the middle of all the activity south of the river. Just a block from the beach. The condos are immaculate, quiet and have all the amenities that you will need. The rooftop Salt water pool is wonderful as is the entire rooftop area with two hot tubs. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

Really nice condos. Super friendly and helpful staff. The roof top pool is amazing and has views of the bay and the mountains. Each condo also had a balcony with ocean views.

Amazing place! We rented two apartments for four days and everything was beyond our expectations. The rooftop was spectacular and loved all its amenities. We rented from sea salt realty which I highly recommend

Nice modern building but noisy street. Busses circle right around the building making the balcony useless. Bedrooms are quiet and overall quiet when windows are closed.

Great roof top pool! Very nice facilities. Only downside is the noise of downtown PV.
