Last morning Apr 17, 2022 around 5am the front desk guy or security name Armando? (I hope I spell his name right).I can't express to you enough how remarkably kind and committed this man was to his role. He Assisted me to get home safely even I am not guess in this hotel. I knock in the entrance and ask if he could help me to call taxi as I am afraid to commute and my hotel is far away like 1hr travel. In addition to offering warm smile even he wear mask I could see from his eyes. For the first time, I felt that if I had any worries or questions during the excruciating waiting for my ride, I would have someone to check in with, someone who cared, someone who could offer guidance. Please let this gentleman know that he left a mark on me. He should be commended for putting his whole heart into his role and for showing such compassion to every person.

Great location! Close to all stores, shops, melacon, bars and restaurants. Condo is beautiful and spacious, friendly and helpful staff and a gorgeous roof top with view of the beach and old town PV. Beach is a block away. So much to do around here and see. Good for both families and couples or friends. I come here twice and year and will continue to come. Never a let down.

Stay away! Construction happening in multiple units around the building and the rooftop pool. They are pouring concrete every day, they are jack hammering, and it sounds like it's right above your head. Sometimes it would start as early as 7am and go until 11pm, the noise is so loud you cannot sleep (even with earplugs). We also had the power to our unit go out 5 times because of electric issues and we had to call electrician each time to fix it (as master breaker isn't in the suite). The building isn't that old, why are there SO many issues? I would not recommend staying here over the next few months until these projects are finished.

The condo was well stocked with all the essentials. The concierge staff, especially Javier and Matius went out of their way to be helpful.

The building is in a great location close to the beach and all the club action in Old Town. Very clean with a friendly staff. It has a beautiful saltwater rooftop infinity pool with the best views of the town and sunsets. A very relaxing place to spend some time.
