Very average food that has been adjusted heavily for the average north American palate. The place itself is nice. Indoor and outdoor seating, sometimes there is a live musician. Feels a bit like southern California. The service is prompt and servers speak enough English to communicate the intricacies of the menu. The menu is standard north American diner breakfast fare with a Mexican twist, but like I said, not too much of a twist. Not spicy, not adventurous, very plain.

Not only the best authentic Mexican food, but it was the best restaurant I’ve ever been to PERIOD. Max, the owner, and all of his staff are very friendly and attentive. Food was AMAZING. If you’re walking down the boardwalk and looking for a place to have a cold beer or hot coffee this is it. I wish I could give a 10 star review. Absolutely amazing.

Pet friendly in the patio! We had the egg chilaquiles (pictured) and Mexican omelette and they were great ????.

Chilaquiles mexicanos. ????????Best I’ve had in the area. My latte was perfect too. The ranchera sauce could be eaten with a spoon. Fresh and wonderful. This place has a great vibe and an awesome menu. Service was great. I will be back again soon.

Great value, tasty food, nice ambiance with their full-time live musician (guitar + vocals). One of the few remaining affordable restaurants in the area for flavorful, straightforward food. Waiters are quick and efficient. Place fills up quickly on busy days, but service is fast so tables open quickly, too.

Food was delicious, we had a chicken burrito and a shrimp burrito. Service was good, staff very nice and place was clean.
