Paradise Burger

Paradise Burger. A boardwalk restaurant that has balconies that overlook the malecon in Puerto Vallarta.

While the place itself feels a little old and dated, the food, the burger itself, with mushrooms, was surprisingly good. The fries were tasty. The buns could be better, for sure! Maybe grilled first....or better quality. Fell apart.

My friend got a chicken sandwich and enjoyed it as well. The veggies on the sandwiches were crisp which was nice.

Great views. Good food. Decent (touristy) price.

Improvements might be:
Presentation not in baskets
Maybe some sauces in porcelain ramekins instead of squeeze bottles.
Maybe decreasing the amount of items on the menu to really focus on excellent burgers (only). Maybe mini burgers, sliders, deconstructed burgers, burger bowls (a personal favorite) etc. Maybe French burgers, American burgers, traditional Mexican burgers. Lots of theme ideas to update the concept.

I've eaten here twice now. Each time the food was delicious. It's a great place to get a burger if your wanting to take a break from Mexican food. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the lack of service. No one attended us to take our drinks we waved people down to us but nobody came. By the time someone did all 5 of us were ready to order our food. When it came time to pay the bill we had to wave down someone to try to pay because nobody came. We also noticed the margarita was a 2 for 1 deal on the receipt and the waiter didn't tell us when we ordered, so we took the second one to go. Great place, great food, great music, but the service could be improved.

The meat of the burgers tasted good, but falling apart. The same counted for the buns. So it was difficult to eat without making a mess. Good fries, service and drinks though. Nice ocean view.

First time here. Natalie met us with warm smile and English. Awesome personality. Margaritas and fajitas were excellent and we will definitely be returning ????

Nataly was the best! She was so sweet and took care of our group of 16 so well. She was always on top of it and got us what we needed! Will be coming back because her service was the best!

I came here with a friend but didn’t order anything to eat(I was full from another dinner). But I did drink their orange juice(which was tasty). And appreciated the decorations, international flags on the ceiling, funky bathroom murals, etc...
