Hotel is located right on the shoreline with great view.
Ambience is great as well as staff is friendly and courteous.

I was not expecting much as it is geared towards tourist and commercial. But food was great, they prepare many things right in front of your table. Depending upon which dish you order. The drinks were great too and I loved my visit to this place.

There is a joker as well which keeps the kids entertained and also makes lot of ballons so your kids have a good time as well.

Everything is priced moderately not too expensive. Tip the staff well and make sure you are carrying local currency for all the transactions.

The food was fine, but the service was brutal. Not only was there a different server every single time (we had seven different ones total, and none of them spoke to the one before them, so we had to order things multiple times), but we ordered a virgin drink for my pregnant wife and received one with liquor in it. We suspected as much from the taste (and stopped drinking it), and then saw the bill, which was for an alcoholic drink. They didn’t seem to care about this mixup even a little bit, which is pretty upsetting.

Really enjoyed our lunch. Hubby had buffalo wings and I had the "Carlos Salad" witch was really good. Looking for something light, then you'll enjoy the salad. Freshly made quacamole and salsa was really good too! Good, prompt u0026 friendly service!

My kids loved this place . The clown was very nice to them. Also there's a fun dance I think about every hour. BBQ wings aren't too good the tamarind ones are perfect. We will come back soon.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly, specially Karina. She knows what she’s doing and what she’s talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is her main priority. Karina is great and always efficient, happy and polite! Love this place and will come back some day to Puerto Vallarta and visit them again. Thank you Karina for EVERYTHING, you are amazing!!!

It seems we should have gone during lunch or dinner, our breakfast experience was average and slow. The French toast was ok, a bit miss leading if you compared with their poster. Overall, nothing special, a little below average.

Very friendly waiter, but it's weird that their oyster rocker feller is raw, the shrimp skewer was extremely good, the mango drink was really good as well, reasonable price, only paid about $60 USD for 4 people.
