Great service and good beverage selection, also non-dairy options but definitely not a fan of their chai sirup, super sweet! I always vote for a great spicy powder when going for chai and let's keep the sugar away...

Very good coffee as others have stated. The best I found in the area. The food appears to be from some superstore like sam's club, but still pretty good. Almost no seating, a couple of two seater tables inside, and a small bench outside. Very reasonable prices.

The waitress was having coffee with a friend when we arrived and of course was very annoyed to have to stand up and go back to the counter. A smile could have been nice. At least the coffee was good, or so my friends say (I ended up not ordering anything due to her unpleasant attitude).
