Awful accommodation. There weren't working sockets in the room, the TV and the fan didn't work either. But the biggest problem was the bathroom: there were two lights but only one of them worked - barely. The socket in there was infested by ants, and the WC didn't work properly. We reported it twice and they decided it to not fix it and to leave a bucket instead. I don't have a problem with the lift not working, or the lack of WiFi in the rooms, but for them to have electricity and water problems was awful. I booked the room through another service, had I known which hotel I was staying in, I would've cancelled right away but alas. The zone where it's located seemed safe enough though, so if you're looking for a hotel in that area, I'd highly recommend any of them but "Suites del sol".

Place is ok, reception staff is not a very friendly. Place is very rustic, old. They need a deposit for tv control of 100 pesos which the TV does not have any buttons and rooms that do have a plasma tv, the TV is very staticky. Outlets dont work, and we stayed in diferrent rooms and only 2 in the room worked for each room. Only thing that did work was A/C. Wifi only works in the lobby. Not a friendly stay, would not recommend.

Worst hotel I've stayed at. Everything was dirty. And half the sockets didn't work.
