View is gorgeous and pool is kept clean! Rooms were very spacious and the beach is a 10-15 min walk away.

Best views and Central location to everything you need. Yes. At night it is noisy but Vacationers love to party on the water and it's all about the water - the to live for ocean and city views- at Deck 12. Love it. Every Rose has its torn. Noise vs Million dollar view?!- buy earplugs and enjoy ????

Extremely noisy with pool side music and many Airbnb type weekend fiestas sometimes all night. There is no one to enforce any regulation. This place lack security and control.

No. No. No. It is so noisy to live here. 11 lanes of traffic out front with 3 speed bumps to make it crash bang noisy. The bar and music next door stayed open late at night. The pool is always cold. WIFI did not work many times. So glad when our holiday was done.
