The location is nice, however the conditions of the hotel are poor. The light fixture fell on my aunt and cut her nose and they didn't do anything but fix it, no apology or anything. The toilet was acting up. They charge to for everything. The pool filter isn't on until all guest are out.

Everything was good the rooms the could have been better, the bathroom was too small, the beds were kinda hard but to be honest i can sleep in any kind lf bed, it was also kinda hot in the room even with the ac at the coldest temp. The service though was amazing free drinks all day and the drinks were so good but all in all it was a 4 star

If I could leave no stars I would. Had a bad experience at this hotel. The food there made me sick and was not impressed. The rooms are very basic, beds are hard and bathroom was dirty. There was no wifi in the rooms only downstairs by the lobby. Overall had a horrible time there do not recommend to anyone.

If you are use to big chain hotels , you will not like it here. However, this place is beach front near the pier and restaurants row. And if you don't mind the crowd and the noise, and you're on a buget, this place is doable.

Ok so this is really a hit or miss. I got 2 rooms one was ok and the other one was absolutely awful. I did not accept the 2nd room because things where broken and the room itself looked like it was falling apart. I went to the reception and told them I wouldn't sleep there so they gave me a better one . The next day I got a beautiful suite facing the ocean. So like I said it's a hit or miss but they will try to accommodate you. Also wifi doesn't work in the rooms just in the common areas.

We were missing a table and chairs, the safe was broken, the room was filthy, hair in the bed, nail clippings on the floor, full of dust, black mold on the ceiling and AC vents, bathroom was really dirty.
We raised our complaint with the manager who said they would send someone to help, they never did. On leaving we asked for a refund which was rejected.
The worst part was our room was not secure, the door to the balcony had been forced open, you could see the damage, the safe was completely broken, we had no way to secure our cash or passports.
We requested to change room which was denied, the manager didn't seem to care, he was getting upset that we were complaining. We didn't book this place expecting a 5 star resort but we did expect it to be secure, safe and clean, but we were left feeling ripped off and after traveling so far, upset.

Good for families with kids seeking a good deal. Horrible beds. It was like sleeping on a box spring. Fairly clean. Shower had great pressure and hot water, but pressure was sometimes erratic. Hotel was filled with kids, even in the adult only pool. No Wifi in the rooms. Absolutely no guests to your room, unless you're crafty or pay 25$ per instance (they stopped us I'm the lobby numerous times when we brought our friend in)
